What you get, the same afternoon

A scan before pruning across four blocks in Central Otago, New Zealand: each colour in Osiris represents a range of buds per vine.

The scan reads every vine, from last season’s shoots to the old wood, and gives you:

  • Buds per vine, shoots per vine and buds per shoot
  • The number of cordons or existing canes per vine
  • Missing vines and young vines, located
  • The same figures by row and by block, as maps, tables and a PDF report

The process - it’s fast and free!

One block, up to 5 ha. Your tractor and its operator from 8am to 2pm, one hour of your own time at the start, and the results the same afternoon.

  1. Before the day

    Pick a block of up to 5 ha that has not been pruned or pre-pruned. Tell us the make and model of your tractor, and the block’s training and trellis system. The scan works before pruning with any pruning system, including cane and spur pruning.

  2. The pass

    8am to 2pm

    We fit the scanner to your tractor and your operator drives it as normal. When it’s done, we take it off. Feel free to join us in the field to watch and ask questions.

  3. The results

    2pm to 3pm

    Bring your team. We’ll present your results on our platform and discuss pricing options. You’ll leave with access to your demo results.

  4. And then?

    If the results convince you, buy or lease a scanner after we confirm compatibility with your equipment, or go through a service provider near you. You pay per vine scanned. No subscription, no hidden fees.
